LUSESITA - La Rioja 1979
Laura Lasheras (Calahorra, La Rioja, 1979) She studied art in Logroño and specialized in ceramics at the School of Arts and Crafts in Zaragoza. She traveled to Barcelona in 2003 to complete her studies by taking courses of the moment, enamels and contemporary jewelery. He settled in Barcelona from where he began to develop his work.
He has made more than 30 exhibitions between individual and collective. Lusesita is one of the main potters on the Spanish scene. He works with ceramics in an experimental way, creating collections of objects and sculptures that play with the limit between the utilitarian and the conceptual, and that establish a very personal aesthetic vision: poetic and pastel but with a creepy touch.
